Donovan’s Grand Slam win holds Cardinals over Padres 5-4

SAN DIEGO (AFP) – Brendan Donovan earned a grand slam in the seventh inning to lead NL leaders Albert Pujols and the St. Louis Cardinals to a 5-4 victory over the San Diego Padres on Thursday, after losing three games. Effect.
